Once you have entered the comment, you can see it along with the selected code in the main Spectare Comments window.
Finally, after entering multiple comments and notes, your Spectare comments window will look something like this. Notice how the commented item can be resolved which, in turn, resolves the notes associated with the comments. Likewise, if you want to hide the resolved comments, you can do so by selecting the 'Hide Resolved' button.
